Spacious driveway is both long and wide for easier parking and room to walk around your RV(35ft flat plus 6ft sloped entry)! Water hose available May 10 - October 10. Electrical outlet available (up to 30 amp, regular electrical outlet).  Driveway itself is flat, but you'll need to enter and exit at an angle to avoid steep curbs on the sides. Neighborhood and neighbors are quiet, safe, respectful and everyone looks out for each other. Just down the street from Little Bear coffee shop, Urgent care, 24-hour IHOP restaurant, and very close to Uptown shopping area, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor malls, restaurants, movie theaters, public swimming pool, library, and I-25 and I-40 for quick access anywhere needed. There will be minimal interaction with guests unless there are questions, requests for local recommendations, or we have a unique experience planned ahead! Look forward to hosting lots of good people! Pets must be kept inside vehicle or on a leash at all times. All droppings must be immediately and properly disposed of off the property. Please do not smoke on the property.
