Tina was a pleasant and welcoming host. She pointed out various parking options out front of the residence. I chose on the asphalt driveway due to the proximity to 20 amp power and water . There was also a stone area off the driveway. She also invited me to use the deck and fire pit behind the residence. There’s also a small lake there. Whether visiting Charlotte or just passing thru , Tina’s Vanly spot might be just the option you’re looking for. I would visit again

Tina was helpful and responsive. She greeted us when we arrived, made sure we had everything we needed, and gave recommendations for the area. Quiet spot for us to sleep.
