Nestled in the heart of Arizona’s scenic landscapes, our spacious and secure driveway offers a peaceful refuge with amenities for vanlifers and (small)RV adventurers alike. Whether you're exploring Prescott's rich history, its vibrant arts scene, or the breathtaking natural surroundings, our property is ideally positioned as your home base.

Our setup is flexible with multiple places to park either in the fully fenced yard or to the side of the garage in the driveway. 

Free High-Speed WiFi
We have a fully fenced yard best suited for medium to large dogs(we have coyotes, javelina, bob cats, bears, etc. They don't come in the yard but better safe than sorry.

Added Conveniences:
Take advantage of our additional onsite amenities such as tools for quick fixes, garbage disposal services, and even package delivery to manage your mail or online orders while you roam.
