We have a great quiet acre at the base of South Mountain with 3 spots in the back of lot (pictures 3/4+5+6/7) OR a driveway space back away from the road (picture 8) OR a dry docking spot back away from the road (picture 1). It is hard to post all this on this app with the correct dollar amounts since we have a variety of spots available, length of your stay, and some optional hook ups so please message me your needs, dates, and size of Rig so I can get you a better price and availability. 

Over all: Nightly stays (which is the pricing I have set up on this app) can include WIFI (sporadic some times due to Mountain blocking signal), water, and 110 electric (possibly 30A metered). Monthly or Long Term stays have full hookups available (water, sewer, trash/recycle and WIFI (sporadic some times due to Mountain blocking signal), plus electric which is metered. There is a discount for monthly and long term stays. Two of the back monthly or long term stays we can accommodate up to 28ft rigs. Leave your contact info and I can let you know details.

We are looking for someone like us who is quiet, respectful, honest, communicative, friendly, non-smoker, & preferably someone who is environmentally friendly- (conserves water and electric and recycles), will not use synthetic fragranced personal products or chemical cleaners- (this is a must for monthly and long term stays have), & are cool with our 12 hens & 2 standard poodles. We can talk about your Possible pet.

You can enjoy feeding our chickens if you like, hiking up the mountain just a hop skip and a jump away, mountain biking trails, horse back riding nearby, and tons of other great things to explore in the city of Phoenix.
