Kris place was perfect. Easy walk to anything downtown, helpful instructions and easy water and electric access. Will definitely stay again if I make it back to Steamboat!!

Kris was absolutely accommodating beyond in the expectation that I had. Great guy with tons of information about local restaurants and things to do. Location is absolutely superb in the heart of downtown a block or two away. When everyone else was scrambling for parking, I had Kris’ driveway and it was perfect!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😎🫶🤘❤️🤙🔥☮️

Kris was an excellent host and took the time to answer all our questions. His location was ideal and we were able to walk to the center of town in less than 10 minutes! Thanks so much Kris for sharing your spot with the nomadic community! 😎

Quiet street. Kris is great at communicating. We slept very well. Couldn’t quite get the WiFi to work (signal not strong enough) but we barely would have used it anyway. Will definitely stay here again.

Pricey? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. The space is totally flat and walking distance to all of downtown steamboat. I stayed two nights to get a sense for the area and will prob stay here again for convenience when I return. Host was super clear and all was perfect.

Kris is an amazing host. Extremely nice and commutative. Made our vacation that much better to relax and enjoy. Would def stay here again and hopefully will in the near future!
