Safe, urban, quiet location. My van is 20' long and fit without blocking the sidewalk/ramp. Extended vans may have trouble, and do not back in if in a tall van, you may hit the overhang on the building. The driveway hump for me was not a problem in a LWB Transit but I'm not loaded to max or anything.

Very safe area Jessica is very friendly and quick to respond only downfall in my opinion is the light above area but that’s because I was sleeping in a normal van with no shades.

Space is a bit on the smaller size but we fit well! In a nice quiet area. Really close to lots of amenities like stated. We are extremely loaded down with no helper springs in the rear and didn’t scrape so you should be fine with clearance! Jessica was extremely friendly and always met us with a smile. Was very communicative and always made sure we were comfortable! Overall I will be staying here again for the price and location!
