I moved from NYC to Western North Carolina in 2003. I work in the public school system and have three grown boys and a dog named Blue. I heard about Vanly through a friend who was traveling alone and was sleeping in her car as she drove through different states. I have plenty of lovely space to share and live five minutes from an interstate. Black Mountain is a sweet mountain town 20 minutes east of Asheville.
