Absolutely amazing spot and experience! Nicole is a super friendly, responsive and kind host, it was such a pleasure to stay with her. This was our first time using the Vanly app to book a driveway and we struck gold. Nicole’s spot is super easy to get in and out of, with tons of room for your van. We felt so happy to come back to our spot every evening from nearby beaches and dt Encinitas. It’s going to be hard to top this experience- we’ll be back for sure! :)

Wow Nicole is an amazing host! She’s sweet and hospitable in many ways and has created a haven of couches and hammock areas for guests to enjoy the yard during their stay! Thank you Nicole! You set the bar high for our first ever Vanly booking!

Nicole is a wonderful host. She will go out of her way to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. Patio furniture you can use are very modern looking, comfortable and big. There is even a fire pit to keep you warm at night. Bathroom with a shower is very clean and perfect for a traveling van lifer to get cleaned up after a day of playing in the sand. Overnight it was very quiet for a great night of sleep.

A stay at Nicole’s is such a delight as a Vanlifer! It’s the perfect place for a pit-stop or a longer stay. It checks all the boxes; warm shower, laundry, & a safe place to spend the night… get outta here! We’ll definitely be back.

Nicole was a great host. Property is very nice, clean, quiet, and it is in a great location. Definitely beats an rv park. Bathroom and laundry was great. Nicole shared great info in regards to the area and was very friendly and upbeat. I’d 100% come back for a visit.

Our stay at Nicole’s place was incredible. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, but she gave us many excellent local referrals to check out. The bathroom and laundry were clean and stocked. So much room in such a beautiful space. We honestly don’t have enough kind words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!!!

Nicole herself & her property are absolutely amazing! Nicole is incredibly hospitable, open minded & sweet. Her property can feel like home with fruit trees & a sweet backyard. Highly recommend to anyone passing by. It’s definitely a gem like the name entails. Not to mention how dreamy and serene the Encinitas neighborhood is.We felt safe, comfortable & welcomed. 10/10 would recommend!

Nicole’s place was perfect for us. She was friendly and accommodating, the neighborhood quiet, we were just a few minutes from town, not in the bustle but we had easy access to food and supplies, not to mention the nearby beach. It was a cool place to spend a few nights, everything easy, the bathroom clean, the hang out time was mellow, no problems anywhere. Nicole made us feel welcome, like guests & old friends. Her cat is playful and cute, too. We’re already looking forward to next time.
