We have a small driveway available for stay in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Encinitas. Walking distance to the beach (one block to Moonlight and Stonesteps), surf, downtown, and train station. Amazing sunsets right across the street. This a beautiful neighborhood full of coastal charm and character. Also potential to use our front yard and backyard brick patio, if available. We are happy to introduce ourselves and offer tips for your stay! Pets are welcome as long as they are quiet - we want to be respectful of neighbors. 

NOTE: This driveway is adjacent to Neptune Ave which is a quiet one-way road. Although traffic is limited, it’s a very popular pedestrian street and foot traffic is frequent. 


Coastal Driveway 

Quiet driveway tucked into a neighborhood alley just blocks from the beach, cafés, markets, walking paths, and restaurants. We’re just up the hill from the campground and within walking distance to Encinitas. A great spot to sleep, stroll, and ride bikes around town.

We have a friendly dog who would love to say hi! You’re welcome to keep to yourself, or we’re happy to connect if you’d like to chat with some locals 😊

Alleyway by the Sea

Experience beautiful sunrise and sunset views atop of a hill in Vista, CA. Enjoy an overnight stay at a safe secluded apartment complex parking area only 15-minutes away from Oceanside beach. Shopping center is within walking distance just across the way with favorite food and entertainment spots like the Wave Waterpark and Cinepolis Theater.

The neighborhood is quiet other than hum of the highway nearby. Bathroom and shower access can be made available to you and I love making breakfast foods. If you’re craving an American Traditional breakfast during your stay, I am happy to accommodate! (Pancake, Sausage, & Eggs)

This is a pet friendly area. Dogs must remain on leash at all times. If you need Wi-Fi for an hour or two, I’m also happy to oblige.


Vista Village Hill - 15 MINS from Beach

This is a 4 1/4 acre property with a 1 acre pond in the middle. It features a wide variety of activities such as canoeing kayaking fishing also plenty of hammocks and swings station throughout the yard. If you’re looking for a good getaway from the city, but still close enough that you can go grocery shopping look no further than Taylor Pond.

Single family home. Dead end street starts out as paved but turns into an unpaved road. Driveway is flat grass area in right side of house. It’s quiet down my street and I know all of my neighbors. 

Large driveway

We live in a quiet, family neighborhood in El Cajon. We are a family of six with 3 girls and one boy, all teenagers. They are very respectful and quiet and stay in their rooms most of the time like typical teenager’s. 🥴 we are an active family so we have 6 beach cruisers and two paddle boards and an inflatable kayake that can be used.

We have an urban camp spot available for a stealth van or vehicle. Unfortunately we cannot host an RV or travel trailer at this time due to county codes. We're at the top of a STEEP hill. The spot itself will require some maneuvering to get into but is level once parked. We're super close to store and freeways as well as a 100 acre nature preserve. The views are spectacular up here.

Kayhill Farm

Our driveway is clean and paved and our home is located in a safe and quiet community. My driveway space is available for standard passenger cars like sedans and SUVs, I can accommodate motorcycles as well. My property is close to Interstate 54 and you will be parking on the left side of my driveway.
