About this parking spot
We have a small driveway available for stay in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Encinitas. Walking distance to the beach (one block to Moonlight and Stonesteps), surf, downtown, and train station. Amazing sunsets right across the street. This a beautiful neighborhood full of coastal charm and character. Also potential to use our front yard and backyard brick patio, if available. We are happy to introduce ourselves and offer tips for your stay! Pets are welcome as long as they are quiet - we want to be respectful of neighbors. NOTE: This driveway is adjacent to Neptune Ave which is a quiet one-way road. Although traffic is limited, it’s a very popular pedestrian street and foot traffic is frequent.
