Private home located just 30 minutes from downtown Boston. We are a family who loves camping, RVing and travel, and want to make our space available to others who love the same. 

The available space is our driveway. Entry width is about 12 feet, but the parking area is 40+ feet long by about 20 feet wide. Fire pit is available, water is available. Electric via extension cord (110) is also available, as well as tools, wifi, etc. You'll be situated right next to our vegetable garden, and our chickens (don't worry - no roosters for you late risers). We'd be happy to share our fresh eggs with you!

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this spot is ideal for temporary parking for your trip.  This is a quiet family neighborhood, so no excessive noise or music heard outside the vehicle/trailer.  Use of yard or any fixtures in or around the house must be requested (outdoor water is NOT available in winter months).  Overall, this rental spot is for use of the blacktop-driveway only. The vehicle/trailer that will be occupying the space must be presentable (meaning not an eye-sore).  This is a dog-walking friendly neighborhood, so pets are welcome.  Pets brought outside of vehicle/trailer must be on a leash with the owner at all times and No Tie-ups Permitted. Pet cleanup is strictly enforced, so please bring your own poop bags.  Also any excessive barking will not be tolerated.
Absolutely no parties, fire pits or smoking is permitted at anytime.
The renter must leave the spot as they found it; no trash or damage. 
The owner has the right to revoke/terminate the agreement based on any violations mentioned above, and Vanly policies. 

Availability:  the space will always be available starting at 1 PM Monday through 11 AM Wednesday each week.  Other dates may be available, but not updated on the calendar, so please reach out for any availability requests!
