Driveway off of state highway so there is daytime road noise. We only allow 1 family group per stay. We have a small family farm located 8 miles outside of the town of Montrose. We raise beef and grow vegetables. We are 30 minutes away from Ouray and 60 minutes from Gunnison. Both mountain towns known for their lake reservoirs, fishing, hunting, biking and hiking. Our space for use includes a spot for pull through or back-in parking, electricity, water fill-up and a garden firepit.

Hello! I have a gravel parking spot next to my driveway that is nearly 40 ft long. I have a laid-back husky who will be around the house all day with me because I work from home. My girlfriend works in the school system and uses the garage to store her car. We are in our early 30s, and we love to host and have a good time. Let me know what you need and I am sure we can help you out. I can provide doggy day car, overnight boarding, and running/walking. If you need to come do a load of dishes/laundry, take a shower, or use a bathroom, I am sure we could help you out if we are around. 

Quiet street in the heart of the Grand Valley. 

This very flat driveway is located right in the heart of downtown GJ walking distance to Main St, some nice restaurants and breweries and a quick zip out to any "box store" needs. It's a 7-20 minute drive to mountain biking/hiking trails. This is the perfect place to park after a day of biking or sightseeing in Grand Junction and then enjoy a meal downtown. The GJ Central Library is a 5 minute walk away and there are several nice coffee shops within a 5-10 minute walk. 

Notice in advance: May not be advisable for really large motor homes just because the entry to the driveway is narrow for the turning radius, but maybe you have skills I do not. :) 

Your leashed pets are welcome, but unfortunately cannot use the fenced in backyard. I have two doggos that can be territorial with other doggos (very friendly with people) and a free roaming kitty. There is a nice shady park 2 minutes walk away and tons of nice trails nearby. 

The bathroom will be open for showers between 8-10 am and in the evening from 6:30-8. I just ask that you coordinate that time with me, so I can be here to let you into the house. 

There is a hose you can fill your water tank with up to 20 gallons, electrical hookup for basic electricity (if you are running AC for long periods of time-- for example for a pet left in the vehicle while you are gone)  an additional fee will be negotiated.
