Single spot between our home and our business. The spot is grassy with nearby trees and back from the main road. This spot is big enough for a 40 foot rig. There is an electrical hookup for a single 50 amp GFI protected connection or a 20 amp single phase, water connection, WIFI available, dumpster access and fire pit. The spot is not a pull through and there is no sewer access. Within walking distance to convenience stores and grocery stores. Less than 7 miles from the Charlotte Motor Speedway, less than 5 miles to Northeast Atrium Hospital and less than 25 miles to center of Charlotte. Firewood can be provided for an additional fee. Dogs allowed with proof of vaccination. Check in is after 1:00 pm Check out is before 12:00 pm If you need to check in or out earlier or later let us know and we will see if that is possible.
