About this parking spot
A clean, nice, gated quiet lot. You can put slide out and enjoy it. No rig bigger then 35ft. I have a 30ft Rv and I can turn around inside property. If you have a truck and trailer has to be smaller then 30ft I think or you can back it up from Street I can help if you alone. Car, van, rv 35ft or less, truck all welcome. Have shaded spot upon request. If you Have a 30ft plus extension cord, power is available 20$ per day ( I have some adpters ) I have a generator if need it 20$ per day. Laundry is in the side of my house so need to be accompanied call me first. Absolutely NO noises after 10pm. Pets aloud only inside of your camper or walk on street (pick up after). Absolutely NO trash outside container. Be really careful not to damage anything. ABSOLUTELY NO SQUATERS, WILL BE Throw outside cops will be called as well. Gate has a code and closes it self after a few seconds so NO BLOCKING GATES.
