I live in a suburban quiet safe neighborhood. I have a driveway large enough for a camper van or teardrop and spare bathroom and office space. I cannot allow more than a couple nights in a row due to HOA rules. In house amenities are available only if I am home at the time so check with me for scheduling. No toilet waste dumping allowed.
