About this parking spot

I live on an acre of partially wooded land. It is located in a rural neighborhood. There are neighbors close by, but the trees surround my property making it feel very private and safe. Neighbors are within hearing distance, so think of this like a campsite with other people and other animals. It is located right beside a neighborhood road (a road that is not extremely busy). Across the road is a piece of property with 200 acres and a lovely view of trees and mountain. I have parking spaces for two vans or two small rvs right at the top of my driveway on soft ground. The ground is mostly flat and doesn’t flood when it rains. You can camp out of your van/rv or set up your own tent. This is conveniently located near the highway and not far from the town of Columbus for your shopping needs. Hiking trails of Chimney Rock are within a 28 minute drive, along with the town of Lake Lure and its lake access to boats, kayacks, and swimming.
