Ocean Front House with a large driveway available for van lifers! My house is located on Silverstrand Beach. There is an outdoor hot shower available, and public restrooms about fifty yards from the front of the house. 
You can access the beach from my private gate.

I live in a quiet beach neighborhood called Silver Strand in Oxnard. My house is 70 yards from the sand and there is a public restroom on the beach. Great surfing right out front during the right swells. My guests will have access to a hot outdoor shower. I am a friendly guy and I get along well with most people.

I live in the middle of downtown Santa Barbara. If you walk to one area there is the beach if you go walk the opposite way you're downtown! I also have a little corner market right next door if you need snacks or drinks. They even make delicious Tortas, Nachos and Burritos! I have the perfect parking spot for you with an electric plug in. Also the gate can be closed in case you have a dog companion that needs to run around. A back yard with a sitting area and firepit as well.
