Quiet neighborhood, close to Cottonwood canyon and Wasatch mountain access. 12 miles to Snowbird and Alta, 20 to solitude and Brighton. Gate opening is 12 feet wide. Parking behind gate. 30 feet long will allow gate to close.pad is 37 feet 

Great home base  

Quiet neighborhood. Level gravel spot. Water, trash, electricity, and waste dump.  Spot is next to a horse barn, so foot traffic to feed horses in am and pm. 12 miles to snowbird, 20 to solitude.

Wasatch front. Access to cottonwood ski resorts. 

Can stay in the back corner of the complex in your vehicle. You can come in and shower/make dinner and whatever once we get to know you. You’ll get a fob for the gym, pool, hot tub, Amazon hub, dog park, grills, outdoor fireplace and more. We just need some help with rent while we save for our bud!
