Parking and pizza

A rare flat field at an elevation of 1,600 ft. Being on the crest of the hill, we enjoy mountain views to the east and west with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
The Vanly site is just off of our driveway in our field which is right next to the old town meetinghouse (a 19th century church).
Our area boasts access to much of what adventurers love about Vermont. There’s a nanobrewery just two miles down the road, we’ve got some of the best maple creamies right in town, plenty of local hiking/biking/walking, and we’re just a quick 10 minutes to the interstate for access to anything else you might like to see or do.

Tucked away less than a mile from US Route 2 this 7acre hilltop getaway is the perfect spot to explore the beauty of Vermont. The Wells River Rail Trail runs behind the property, with direct access to the Groton State Forest and 7 State Parks. Easy access to canoeing (available for rent), kayaking or SUP at nearby ponds or on Groton Lake. Enjoy fresh apples and Blueberries when in season and plenty of room for pets to roam. The property has an extended gravel driveway leading to a Solar Carport, with plenty of space to maneuver. Mobile fire pit and Adirondack chairs to provide an unforgettable evening, especially on clear nights. The stars out here are amazing. The basement level of the property is available with a 3/4 bath, full kitchen, gym and projector for a real movie theatre experience. Water and power hookup available as well. Fenced in backyard with a chicken coop turned doghouse to allow you to adventure while your pets stay safe and happy.
