Enjoy an area that looks out onto 13 acres of pasture with a pond and stream. The spot is close to Sandy Point Beach and Greenvale Vineyards and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport. It is a short walk to the Polo fields, horse stables, the Glen Manor House and the Greenway Trail. Please feel free to ask me any questions about the area. We have free ranging ducks and Guinea Hens on the property. While we love dogs, earlier this year a neighborhood dog got out and killed 4 of our ducks. Dogs will have to be on a leash as a default until the owner can prove the dog has good recall and/or low prey drive. We also have a J1772 plug available for car charging a small RVs.
