It’s in a subdivision and I own an acre. For a place to park i have room along front on road and a circular drive and have a fenced back for pets to play. Deer come through at night and morning. Close enough to country and still close enough to all sites to be seen and city.

If you are looking for a place to stay close to Chattanooga, TN but away from the bustle this property located on a dead end street is a good choice for you. You might see deer, racoons, possum, armadillos among other wildlife that cross the property.

Full disclosure, this is a dirt driveway and dirt parking area, if it's rained recently, odds are you will get stuck, even with a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

It's possible, depending on how busy the girls have been that fresh eggs and honey may be available for purchase.

Light on amenities and the price reflects it.

This is a residential driveway with a generous 120 ft of usable depth and 20+ ft of overhead clearance, so length and height are rarely an issue. The one thing to know is the entrance: there's a sharp curb at the apron, so swing wide on entry.

Motorhomes (single rig — Class A, B, C, and camper vans): up to 40 ft
Tow vehicle + trailer (travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers): up to 55 ft combined (trailers up to ~35 ft)

These caps keep entry smooth and stress-free — no backing or repositioning needed for rigs within these limits. If you're near the line or have an unusual setup, message me before booking and we'll sort it out.
