Have lived in Arizona for 30 years and love it. My property has views of the Black Mountain Range while sitting under the big sky of the Milky Way. Located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from grocery stores and restaurants in Cottonwood. We are only 20 minutes from Sedona and and hour from Flagstaff. 
We have managed vacation rentals in Sedona for over 20 years and like to provide our visitors with a special place to spend their nights.
