I have a nice concrete pad 20x40. 50 amp electric and wifi available. We have a large fenced yard. A private gate access, parking for 2 vehicles outside fence, and sewer hookups. We see beautiful sunrises over one mountain and sunsets over another. Quiet private neighborhood 5 minutes from the business district, and 5 minutes from some amazing trails, for hiking as well as wheeling.
