We are located near the Disney & Universal area lego land is a few minutes away. City night life in Orlando or Tampa are an equal drive distance. Clearwater Beach is maybe 1 and half hour drive. Supermarkets, laundry, restaurants, gyms, gas stations and access to I4 or local route like US27/ 17/ 92/ 50.... The central location accessibility are endless. 
The neighborhood is safe and quiet to rest after all the fun. 

It's safe and quiet. Pet friendly and neighborly. 

My neighborhood is safe and I would love to offer what I have for overnights for people passing thru. I live near a Walmart as well. Dog friendly! 
Lakeland is right between tampa and orlando so we are a great in-between stop
