Situated just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, Yorkville provides a serene backdrop for your travels while still keeping you close to convenient amenities and fascinating attractions. Explore the wonders of the Fox River, dive into the rich local history  or hike scenic trails, all within easy reach of your cozy parking spot.

- 💦 Available Fresh Water Access: Fill up your tanks with clean, potable water – stay hydrated and refreshed! 

We welcome overnight parking for vans and larger recreational vehicles on paved or unpaved surface areas. Horse haulers welcome. Longer stays are welcome, but please be aware that there are no bathrooms. If your van, RV or trailer has a bathroom, you are welcome to book more than one night. 

This is a privately owned 16 acres farmlette just outside of town with a large pond, over 1 mile of walking or biking trails and a dirt track for mountain bikes or motorcycles (signed waiver required for track use). Paved parking at the pond with clean drinking water and limited electrical hookup available. Bring your travel trailer or motorhome for the weekend and enjoy the tranquility of our property less than 1 hour from Chicago. 

We are 2 miles from the nearest restaurant, gas station and drugstore. If you want to go into town, it’s just a short drive, and there are several restaurants, bars and a brewery. Downtown Yorkville is great for family dining with activities along the Fox River. There are frequent festivals and events for the whole family to enjoy. When the sun goes down enjoy a quiet night at the fire pit next to the pond. 

If you have young kids who are into motorcross and you want a private track to work with your kids on their riding, this is the perfect spot (signed waiver required). Bring you toy hauler and stay for the weekend. 

The owner is a car and motorcycle enthusiast and should you need minor repairs this can be arranged. 

We ask that you respect our property and only ride in the designated areas. 

Pricing:  

*Van or small vehicle rate is $40/night

*RV rate is $55/night (please select the additional “RV no hookup” fee in Extra Experiences section when booking)

*RV with water and electricity rate is $70/night (please select the additional “RV with water and electricity hookup” fee in the Extra Experiences section when booking). Electric hookup is with an extension cord until we install a 30 Amp hookup. 

Events or parties must be pre-authorized by the owner. 

Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM.

Tent camping is permitted (prearranged), but be aware that there are no bathrooms. 

Extended RV parking (unoccupied) can be arranged.  

If you are hauling horses we welcome you, and there is enough room to exercise the horses while you are here. Please select the additional “Horse hauler” fee in the Extra Experiences section when booking.
