Lakeside Hideaway

About this parking spot

Our driveway is directly across the street from a small, quiet, almost hidden, neighborhood lake and park. You'll find a small playground, neighbors walking their dogs, many ducks, the occasional eagle or turtle, and a friendly face or two out fishing or taking a row boat out onto the lake. We have a firepit and barbecue available for use in our shared backyard space. Note that the yard is not enclosed and some of our furry neighbors are protective of their homes so any pets must be leashed at all times. We recommend the park across the street as a great place to walk your pets (that's where we take our doggos). Public Transportation: within 1/2 mile there are two bus stops serviced by busses to Downtown Seattle, West Seattle and Burien. Or we have an abundance of rideshare drivers. It rarely takes more than 5 minutes for an Uber to be out front and ready to take you where you want to go (not an exaggeration, I have never waited more than 5min for an Uber in our neighborhood, I've had much longer waits ...
