$550 / - spot for rv with hookups -we are high ground , do not flood - we are 100 foot elevation .this is a private ranch . not a rv park . -has water -sewer-power ( plus $125.00 a month for the power ) the cost of the spot and the safe place to live - must keep gates locked - no night time traffic for bull shit - coming and going to work after dark ok -must be honest ( If we see you stealing, you will be out the next day ) - no cigs butt on the ground - non smoker a plus - must be drug free with no drama -. Must have a truck/car to tow your RV, or a running motor home and both must be currently registered and insured.
