Called the "propellar house" by our neighbors, our home sits at 7500 feet above sea level in the midst of a Ponderosa Pine forest. Our neighborhood includes over 7 miles of trails that are available for use by all guests. In addition, we have a neighborhood tennis court, basketball court, and plenty of paved streets for taking a nice afternoon walk. Our driveway also includes a glass, adjustable basketball hoop that guests are welcome to use. Many parts of the neighborhood include views of the nearby La Plata Mountains, a lesser-known and beautiful alternative to the San Juan Mountains. Our RV pull-in is a very flat space with ample room for a large RV. Access to electricity (extension cord), water (hose) and trash is included in general rate. You can also upgrade to include bathroom and laundry access.

Hello! My family and I live in a really great, family-friendly neighborhood just outside of Durango, CO.  We have an RV pull-in just next to our driveway that is looking for an RV, and would love to share our space with you for a very reasonable rate!  We have a hose and extension cord available for you if you need it.  We are also happy to provide recommendations for all of the wonderful spots the 4 Corners of Colorado has to offer :)
