About this parking spot

The space is a partially fenced but secure storage yard outside of my commercial live/work space. It is rather private and I have plenty of room. There is a water spigot available as well as electrical plug ins to charge batteries. No permanent shore power at this time. The space is evolving and I will be adding more amenities as time goes on. Upon booking, you will receive the code for the combination lock on the gate and can communicate with me via the app or text for where to park.

Nomadic Real Estate Investor

Native to Tennessee but spent 10 years living on the Colorado front range, I recently got into van life/bus life. I have a property that welcomes van based businesses and van/bus-lifers alike. 

I am seeking to expand my network by offering a safe space for folks to park for short or extended stays. I will soon be spending at least 1/3rd of the year on the road but my property in Chattanooga will keep operating.
