About this parking spot

My place is an active concrete countertop studio with outside parking. Myself as your host stays here full-time with my dog Jackson. We’re located just on the other side of the tracks from an extremely nice walkable neighborhood down to the lake front. With complete biking access all the way into downtown Cleveland or for a really long walk you can access downtown Cleveland also. We are currently in the process of converting some shipping containers into houses on the property as well.

I have a custom concrete countertop business. Just outside of downtown Cleveland. I also own a van so I can understand the difficulties of trying to find a quiet safe spot to sleep at night.
