Located in a cozy friendly neighborhood culvasac wit, with plenty of backyard space and turnaround space. My property sits on about .33 of an acre with a 14ft rv gate. I have a Hose if you need water. And a pool to use at an extra charge. Pool/spa is not heated yet. Also have a play swing set and a section of grass for your furry friends and kids to enjoy the outside Weather of Arizona. Also take in the view of 9 total palms trees located on my property. Also has 24/7 playback security cameras all the way around the property. 420 friendly
