Large family home 5min from the beach. We live in a quiet neighborhood and have a great relationship with our neighbors. We won't be available in October as I run a large haunted house in the space. We sit on a hilltop with great ocean views from our backyard and are 6min from some of the best beaches in SoCal. We are happy to offer our recommendations of places to eat or have fun, or you can keep to yourself and we can meet you at check-in and check-out. We have a dedicated 30amp hookup for power as well as water and wifi for your use.

We have traveled the country numerous times in out 35' 5th wheel and it would have been nice to have places to stay outside of the KOA or sketchy campsite when we would need an overnight space. I have a home with a large driveway that would allow others to have that opportunity.
