Vanlife at Splitrock is for nomads living in vans only. No tent camping allowed. The aim is to build a community of vanlifers that can stay in a safe haven on a beautiful farm and retreat in San Diego. Monthly rates available. The community is set in Peaceful Valley, named because its vibe and the tallest boulder is throwing the V-sign. Nestled under the highest peak at Splitrock Farm and Retreat and one of the highest in De Luz at 1477ft. Shady oak trees outcrop from huge boulders from where to view all of San Diego County and the endless ocean horizon. There are 8 sites to choose from on first come basis. Most sites are close to a water spigot. Some are under shady oaks. Vans only. Strictly NO tent camping. The site includes a communal outdoor kitchen under shade with two firepits and a garden to share. There are 3 outdoor heated showers, flushing toilet, sinks, and several water fill-up spigots.
