A quiet neighborhood on the east side of Carson City. Our 20’ van fits our driveway or if you have a longer van, you can use our curbside parking with plenty of space as we are on a corner lot. Dogs welcome and can potty anywhere in front yard (rock-scaped). PLEASE LET ME KNOW PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE ACCESS TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: We have a large patio that you can enjoy a gas fire-pit on, apple trees to pick from, seating, tables, a hammock, and shade available to use. Have furry friends that need to stretch their legs without worry of running off? We have a privacy fenced-in backyard and a designated (rock) potty area. PLEASE LET ME KNOW if you are needing to use our bathroom PRIOR TO booking, also (as we must be present for use). It can be a bit confusing on this app. If you need shower access ($2/person/day) that INCLUDES using the restroom also. If you are just needing restroom (no shower) that is the same cost ($2/day/person). Have any questions or requests? Feel free to ask!

My husband and I moved to Nevada a few years ago. Our lifelong dream has been to convert a van to travel in so our dogs could always go with us. 

Living where we do gives us amazing access to some great places. Only 20 min from Lake Tahoe, 4hrs from the coast, 2 hrs from Yosemite, and the list goes on!

We want to provide a safe, accommodating and friendly place other van lifers can stay.
