Concrete and gravel parking for RVs, Tractor Trailers, and/or smaller vehicles.  Located directly next to highway 276 with convenient access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Waynesville, Canton, and other scenic roads.

Imagine a rural farm valley where you hear only the sound of chickens and cows. Now imagine being able to park and live there, 25 minutes to downtown. Access to the creek, and 17 acres for hiking on slope. A community deck with grill and hammocks. We offer power connections with well water, or simple off grid living if you prefer. It has a community vibe; we try to help one another, have occasional meals and build things.
While you can camp off grid, we have a spot available for fall through spring and are offering September rent free. A virtual meeting or two is required to take a spot for a season.
