We have two extra side by side spaces we do not use in our Century City Condo Complex. It is fully gated and secured with 24/7 on site security as well as cameras. The spaces are located in an underground parking garage so it never gets warm down there. Centrally located in Century City at the “Le Parc” condo community. Height Clarence is 6 foot 6 inches, please be mindful of this height.

Note: Note that if you are booking for more than three days, we will need to coordinate with you for occasional overnight access to bring our car close to the garage for electric vehicle charging.
Note: driveway is only 7'9" wide so if your RV tires are wider than this we're probably not the right fit. We have had no problem with vans. $250 penalty fee for tires touching neighbor's property (grass yard is theirs, ours is the fully landscaped yard)

The Space
Your parking spot is located in a front side-yard, next to the main drive way area. The area is enclosed by two walls of tall ficus trees and the side of the house. With and dense vegetation, providing a natural privacy screen and a "hidden garden" vibe.
This space is approximately  200-square-foot patio perfect for your outdoor chairs. Ideal for:
• Camper vans (Sprinters, Transits, etc.)
• Small tow-behind trailers
• Class B motorhomes
Amenities Included
• Power & Water: Access to standard 110v outlets and a dedicated water line hookup.
• Security: The property is fully gated and off-street. You will receive a secure gate code for easy, private entry.

Guest Access:
You will have full use of the gated front yard area. Access is via a wide gate with a digital keypad. This is a quiet, secure home base—perfect for exploring the city!
💧 Water Hookup: Clean water is available via a dedicated garden hose. We provide a water pressure regulator at the tap to ensure safe, regulated pressure for your RV's plumbing system.

 Security: The property is fully gated and off-street. You will receive a secure gate code for easy, private digital entry.

Vehicle &amp; Power Guidelines
 Max Vehicle Length: 17’

⚡ 15-Amp Electric Hookup: Standard household outlet access (30-amp adapter required). Perfect for keeping your RV batteries charged, running lights, and charging devices. Note: This will not support high-draw appliances like rooftop air conditioners or microwaves. (30-amp RV hookup coming soon!). Because it is standard residential power, it cannot support high-draw appliances.
 you CAN run: Lights, phone/laptop chargers, TV, your trailer's water pump, and standard fans.
No: Running your trailer’s built-in Air Conditioning, microwave, electric coffee pots, or hair dryers will instantly trip the breaker. Please plan to run any high-heat appliances or climate control off your trailer's propane system.
The Valley cools down at night, so you won't need air conditioning to stay comfortable outside. Pack bug spray
