Public transit nearby so you can get settled and leave your van/camper without all the pack up, unpack, leveling process. Quiet dog-friendly neighborhood of locals. Sustainable! (Power is photovoltaic solar. Compost and recycling are available) Two blocks from the dump station. A great spot to support evening and late night arrivals to avoid driving all over looking for a dispersed spot during our busy times. Worry free! Easy walking distance...
