Set Your Listing Prices, Discounts, and Custom Rates

From your Host Dashboard, choose the listing you want to update and open its Manage Listing overview. Select Pricing for overnight settings or Hourly Booking for hourly settings.

Confirm that you are editing the correct listing before changing any rate. Overnight and hourly pricing are separate and should each be reviewed when both booking types are offered.

Tip: Use the Pricing summary on the listing overview to see the current nightly rate, hourly rate, and number of custom prices before editing.

Open General Price under overnight pricing. Confirm that overnight parking is enabled, then enter the standard price per night. This is the default rate used when a weekday price or specific-date price does not replace it.

Review whether Overnight 1-Click Bookings matches how you want to approve bookings. Booking approval and price are separate decisions, but both affect the guest's booking experience.

Tip: Choose a sustainable standard rate before adding exceptions. A clear base price makes custom pricing easier to manage.

Important: Disabling overnight parking removes that booking option from the listing. Confirm the toggle before saving pricing changes.

Open Day of Week Prices when certain weekdays regularly need a different nightly rate. For example, you may use a separate price for weekends or consistently high-demand days.

Only add an override for days that should differ from the standard price. Clear an override when you want that weekday to return to the general nightly rate.

Tip: Use weekday pricing for repeatable patterns. Use specific-date pricing for one-time events, holidays, or seasonal exceptions.

Important: Review every weekday override after changing the standard rate; existing overrides do not automatically become proportional to the new base price.

Open Specific Date Prices and select dates that need a one-time nightly rate. Use this for holidays, local events, special demand, or another date-specific reason.

Vanly applies pricing in this order:

1. A specific-date price applies when one exists for the selected date.

2. Otherwise, a day-of-week price applies when one exists.

3. Otherwise, the standard nightly price applies.

Remove an old date override when it is no longer needed.

Tip: Review several months ahead so important event dates are not missed.

Important: An exact-date price overrides the usual weekday and standard rate for that date. Double-check the selected date and amount before saving.

Use Weekly Discount and Monthly Discount to offer a percentage reduction for longer overnight stays. Enter only a discount you are prepared to honor across eligible bookings.

Consider the longer use of the space, utilities or amenities, and your hosting costs before choosing a percentage. A larger discount can encourage longer bookings, but it also reduces the effective nightly earnings.

Tip: Compare the discounted total with your minimum acceptable earnings before publishing a longer-stay discount.

Important: Discounts change the guest's eligible booking total. Review the percentage carefully and use zero when you do not want to offer that discount.

If hourly parking is enabled, open Hourly Booking and review its pricing separately. Set the standard hourly rate and the minimum and maximum booking length. You can then add:

• A percentage discount after a guest books more than a chosen number of hours

• Different hourly rates for particular weekdays

• Exact-date hourly rates for events, holidays, or high-demand dates

Also confirm whether Hourly 1-Click Bookings matches your approval preference.

Tip: Use an hourly-duration discount only when a longer hourly booking still works operationally and financially for the space.

Important: Overnight prices and discounts do not configure hourly pricing. Review both areas whenever your listing offers both booking types.

Save the overnight and hourly sections after making changes, then return to the listing overview and check the pricing summary. Preview the public listing and test representative dates or durations, including a normal date, a weekday override, a specific-date override, and a longer booking that may receive a discount.

Confirm that the displayed rates match your intentions before leaving the pricing area.

Tip: Keep a short seasonal pricing checklist and review it before holidays, local events, and your busiest travel periods.

Important: Do not leave with unsaved changes. Wait for the save confirmation before opening another listing section.

Your listing now has a clear pricing foundation with intentional adjustments for specific days, dates, and booking lengths. Review these settings before seasonal changes or local events, and preview the listing whenever you update a rate or discount.
