Amenities just got an upgrade!

We're thrilled to announce a highly-requested feature for hosts: the ability to set flat or nightly rates for amenities.

Whether you offer electricity hookups (15, 30, or 50 AMP), WiFi, water access, or any other amenity—you now have full control over how it’s priced. Want to charge a one-time setup fee? Go flat rate. Prefer to charge per night? You can do that, too.

Updating your amenities pricing is quick and easy from your host dashboard. We’ve made the process intuitive so you can make changes in minutes and start optimizing your listing.

🛠 How to Set Flat or Nightly Rates for Amenities on Vanly

Step 1: Log Into Your Host Account Go to the Vanly host page and enter your host credentials to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Go to “My Listings” Once logged in, navigate to the “My Listings” tab where you’ll see all your active spots.

Step 3: Choose the Listing to Edit Click on the listing where you want to update or add amenity pricing.

Step 4: Scroll to the Amenities Section You’ll see a section labeled “Amenities”. This is where all your extras—like electricity hookups, WiFi, water access, and more—are listed.

Step 6: Choose Pricing Type You’ll now see a new option:

  • Flat Fee – a one-time charge, no matter how long the stay

  • Nightly Rate – charged per night of the booking

Select the one that works best for your offering and enter your price.

Step 7: Save Your Changes Click “Save” to apply your changes.
