1. Log into your Host Dashboard

Navigate to Host Dashboard and sign into your host account.

2. Go to “My Listings”

Find the listing you would like to adjust and click manage listing.

3. Select “Pricing”

Within your listing options, you’ll now see General Price Per Night, Day of Week Prices, Specific Date Prices, Weekly Discount, and Monthly Discount.

5. Set Custom Rates

Set your base price, then customize your pricing for:
