Just one mile off Hwy 10 and close to several other freeways. My neighborhood is quiet and safe, but close to lots of shopping. I have no neighbors behind me; there is just woods and swamp. I can leave an extension cord out for power if needed. An outside water source is available during warm/non-freezing months (April-early Nov). My driveway is at a slight incline but the area next to the garage is flat. There is a fire ring in my backyard that can be used as well. Smoking, parties, and parking on the street are prohibited. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash outside of the vehicle. There is a park at the end of my street (6 houses away) that you can bring your dog to for exercise, and all of the streets are sidewalk lined for walks. No vehicles that leak oil or other fluids. During the school year, we leave for school/work by 7am.

Our house is just a block off of Main Street in Crosby.  We can offer driveway space as well as space out front of the house where overnight parking is allowed.  I work from home so I’ll likely be around to assist with any needs and am always interested in meeting other MTBers.

Off-street wooded lot with level, paved apron for your motorhome. 1 block from the Gandy-Dancer Trail and 2 blocks from Fox Run Golf Course. Yellow Lake boat launch is 3 blocks away. Lagoon dock within walking distance on Yellow Lake is available for reservation as well. Great fishing from the dock and good place to tie the boat up after a day on the water. 2 lakefront bars/restaurants are minutes away via the water from the dock.

Driveway space at my home in the country. You are welcome to use the pump to access well water, we will have an electrical cord available for electricity. Please no parties or aggressive pets. Interaction with guests will be minimal. We are close to Green Lake, Spectacle Lake and a variety of Singletrack Mountain biking trails.

Parking Place

A former cut flower farm, Winnowburrow Farm offers seclusion, beauty and peace. This bluff-top space is situated on a dead-end road just a mile from the Red Cedar River. Quaint gardens, State Park-like views and space to roam and relax will have you rejuvinated in no time! 

We are not offering overnight stays at this time but welcome daily visits for retreats, events or just peace and quiet. 

Private land with stunning views 

I’ve got two spots on my lot available for van parking. My house is two blocks from town and 2/10’s from the Crosby connector trailhead. You can bike or walk anywhere including coffee shops, bowling, restaurants and the brewery. Two gas stations with a few blocks. Serpent Lake just across town. I’m secluded in a safe area of town yet quick access to all Crosby has to offer.

We own a 12 acre ranch and rent out campsites and have a nice extra drive to park and electricity and water. There are horses and animals on the ranch, and a trail throughout the trees. Only 2 miles from lake and fine dining.

Swan Lake Resort & Campground

We have street parking for larger vehicles and our driveway. We do not park in the 3rd stall so blocking it is not an issue. You have have up to 2 parked vehicles, and 1 of them can have a boat/camper etc. If you need to store anything in our garage overnight for added security, like a bicycle or something, we can accommodate this just ask! 

We have a firepit area for use in the backyard - but you must supply your own wood. No burning of leaves is allowed per city code and you must not burn any treated wood. Clean burning only, no plastic, no garbage. We have chairs set up and more under the deck to use.

We have a  patio table with 6 chairs and an umbrella outback for eating/ relaxing if you would like - as well as 2 grills avaliable for cooking - First grill is a 3 in 1, charcoal, propane and smoker, our second grill is a flat top propane grill, both are user friendly and we have supplies, utensils, propane etc. We are happy to share if you need so just ask! 

We have a garbage can and recycling can next to the house for you to dispose of anything during your stay. 

We have a hose with water outside for use - and indoor amentias available for use if we are home - otherwise the outside water is your only option.  

We do have a deck with patio furniture as well as a fire table and we ask that you get permission before using please.
