Check in and check out are somewhat flexible. As long as we have discussed and agreed.  Located behind home.  Enter at easement gate.  To next gate.  17’ wide x 36’ length.  Must be able to back in.  Fenced backyard.  I do have a 10 year old, spayed, female Saint Berdoodle.  Anyone staying must introduce their dog to her and I.  She will be happy to have a play date.   Please clean up your dog poo.  Bags are available.  Also, have poop scooper, garbage can near.  

Hook up to 110 outlet at parking and water hook is approximately 50 feet, from spot.

Driveway parking 22’ x 36’. Driveway is slopped.  Water & Electric available.  Carport is only 8 feet high.  Be cautious leave  approximately 2 feet of space between your rig/vehicle.  Do not park inside carport.  Inside carport-110 electric outlet is available. Water is also available near carport. You may also run a generator.  Dog poop bags are available.  Please clean up after your dog and discard all dog poop I. Garbage can.

Covered with a beautiful overhang of trees to keep you cool in the summer and keeps the rain off you when the one blesses us with rain.  Nice area of grass for you animals to play around on. 🔥 Fires & Fire Safety
Individual fire pits aren’t allowed at campsites, but we have a communal fire pit for everyone to enjoy. Pull up a chair, toss on a log, and enjoy a cozy evening. 🌌 Great for s’mores, hot dogs, and swapping stories.

In our spacious, quiet, and safe backyard, we offer privacy and all the necessities to make your trip comfortable and chill.  Enjoy the amenities provided:  water, electricity, and WiFi.  We can dispose of garbage for an additional $10/night.  We have a small and secluded neighborhood playground across the street if you're traveling with children.  Our home is perfectly located to enjoy peaceful walks in the neighborhood or nearby trails and bike rides while capturing stunning views of the Puget Sound and Mt. Rainer.

West Seattle is an awesome community!  Our home is in walking distance to Lincoln Park and the ferry terminal to Vashon Island.  Beautiful Alki Beach is a not too far.  We have wonderful parks, trails, restaurants, shops (...Land of *Easy Street Records*), Colman Pool, a golf course, and a movie theatre.  Our location is in great proximity to explore Downtown Seattle, Lake Washington, Mount Rainer, Snoqualmie Falls, and the San Juan Islands.🏙️🏔️⛴️🗾

Peaceful Stay in Relaxing Backyard ✨☮️✌️🌲✨

Our driveway is directly across the street from a small, quiet, almost hidden, neighborhood lake and park. You'll find a small playground, neighbors walking their dogs, many ducks, the occasional eagle or turtle, and a friendly face or two out fishing or taking a row boat out onto the lake. 

We have a firepit and barbecue available for use in our shared backyard space. Note that the yard is not enclosed and some of our furry neighbors are protective of their homes so any pets must be leashed at all times. We recommend the park across the street as a great place to walk your pets (that's where we take our doggos).

Public Transportation: within 1/2 mile there are two bus stops serviced by busses to Downtown Seattle, West Seattle and Burien. Or we have an abundance of rideshare drivers. It rarely takes more than 5 minutes for an Uber to be out front and ready to take you where you want to go (not an exaggeration, I have never waited more than 5min for an Uber in our neighborhood, I've had much longer waits downtown).
