Totally isolated 

I rent a small workshop in grand ledge Michigan and run my pottery business and work on cars out of it .I have a huge workshop and if your rig is falling apart I can give you a hand or you can work on it alone depending on what it is you can work on your rig there and get on the road again . Be a generally cool person if it’s a big deal -like you need to install a transmission we might not be able to work something out - dunno call me about it first if you can 
but if you just need to put an alternator on no worries I have pretty much everything automotive and I’d be glad to help The workshop is the size of a one car airplane hanger and can probably take care of anything as long as it doesn’t last for a month there’s plenty of space outside to park any kind of vehicle from large RVs to small vans and you’ll be left alone as long as you keep out of anyone else’s way that’s running their business in the area it’s way out side of Lansing and no one ever gets there it’s very isolated I come and go throughout odd hours of the night but no one else is ever there late and it’s pretty peaceful there’s nothing to look at at all but it’s pretty peaceful and isolated
This isn’t a place you can have a party there are a few other businesses that operate during business hours close by but they won’t bother you you’ll be left alone to sleep at night 
You can plug-in for another $10 a night 
there’s a water hose there that you can use for free
And Wi-Fi comes free if you get power 
This isn’t a spot to camp / start a fire and party but it is a place to get off the road with some power and water 
the guy I rent the shop from has an office right next to this place I’m renting he doesn’t mind anyone’s car Rv and vehicles there but doesn’t want anyone living there so long stay is probably would not work past a couple weeks 
I’ve spent the night there on occasion but this isn’t a long-term situation just some place to rest

if you need repairs done I can help you with that too as I have every tool under the sun in the garage
I’ve got Venmo PayPal cash app and will just take cash as well but we also take it through this app 

If you don’t want to use any tools or work on anything you can park overnight for 20 bucks 

This is absolutely a place that you can tow your van to and repair it 
 
The lot is cleared in the winter time
And the garage is heated

I know some junkyards in the area and would be glad to give you a hand getting parts or anything you might need too 
Just let me know as soon as you can what you might need to repair it’s OK if you tow your car there I will need to know ahead of time though even if you just call me from the road

I have a long driveway to offer that is shaded ( branches are van high) it is wide enough for two cars to sit side by side   There is space in the backyard to park but not when it’s raining.  I may be open to allowing garage parking for a fee    The pets can play in the back yard. I have a big barking dog if they are scared of her there is a park three houses down.
