-has water -sewer-power ( plus $125.00 a month for the power ) the cost of the spot and the safe place to live - must keep gates locked - no night time traffic for bull shit - coming and going to work after dark ok -must be honest ( If we see you stealing, you will be out the next day ) - no cigs butt on the ground - non smoker a plus - must be drug free with no drama -. Must have a truck/car to tow your RV, or a running motor home and both must be currently registered and insured.

There is a good size driveway where I turn around my 21 ft SprinterRV or park 3+ cars.  There’s a slight hill, so if you have low clearance let’s talk.  Enjoy the large decks to hang out. There’s access to 110 electricity and water hook up. Hundreds of miles of hiking trails start at a trail head next to the house.  Big Trees State park, towns of Murphys, Bear Valley and Arnold, wineries, restaurants, skiing nearby. Located in Blue Lake Springs, Arnold CA.

Spend the night (or nights!) in our peaceful corner of the world! Big, flat parking for a good sized RV or trailer. Our neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. We have wild blackberry bushes, a nearby beautiful creek with a waterfall, and lots of peepers at night. We are 7 minutes to highway 50, 10 minutes to downtown Placerville, 20 minutes to Fairplay wineries and Apple Hill, 45 minutes to downtown Sacramento, and an hour to South Lake Tahoe. Convenient to shopping and local restaurants. We have a quiet and beautiful lot with lots of fruit trees and privacy. Come enjoy!

Retreat at Oak Knoll 

2.5 acres on the farm. About 5 miles outside of the city. We are near a main road so not absolutely quiet. But close enough to use the amenities of town if needed. There are some nice bike/hiketrails nearby. Dogs may be allowed if they get along with all animals. you keep them within a 10 foot radius of you and your parking area. We are down to earth we can talk about special circumstances.

Guests have access to optional amenities such as pool, spa, pet area, Wi-Fi and a fire pit.  The space is over 45 feet long on a section of the property that is set apart from the main dwelling.  The pad occupants have full privacy and their own driveway.
