Serene Countryside Retreat-Open to All Lifestyles

Park in a level, spacious driveway spot right in the heart of East Ridge, TN (37412), with quick access to everything that brings travelers to the Chattanooga area. You're a short 10–15 minute drive from the Tennessee Aquarium, the Walnut Street Bridge, and the Incline Railway up Lookout Mountain, with Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park, the Chattanooga Zoo, and the Georgia Winery all close by. Outdoor lovers will appreciate nearby Lookout Mountain overlooks like Sunset Rock and the trails and waterfalls (Glenn Falls) scattered around the area, plus the Tennessee Riverpark for hiking, biking, and picnicking. Right around the corner you've got Camp Jordan park and ball fields, so there's plenty to do whether you're here to sightsee or just rest between legs of a longer trip.

Rig size — please read before booking:
This is a residential driveway with a generous 120 ft of usable depth and 20+ ft of overhead clearance, so length and height are rarely an issue. The one thing to know is the entrance: there's a sharp curb at the apron, so swing wide on entry.

Motorhomes (single rig — Class A, B, C, and camper vans): up to 40 ft
Tow vehicle + trailer (travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers): up to 55 ft combined (trailers up to ~35 ft)

These caps keep entry smooth and stress-free — no backing or repositioning needed for rigs within these limits. If you're near the line or have an unusual setup, message me before booking and we'll sort it out.

Halfway between Atlanta and Chattanooga, just 5 minutes off I75, Furryfeathers Farm offers a quiet getaway.  

There is no power or water hookups available.   But we can fill a 5 gallon jug for your use.  
We also can offer use of the composting toilet setup.

The space is a partially fenced but secure storage yard outside of my commercial live/work space. It is rather private and I have plenty of room. 

There is a water spigot available as well as electrical plug ins to charge batteries. No permanent shore power at this time. 

The space is evolving and I will be adding more amenities as time goes on. 

Upon booking, you will receive the code for the combination lock on the gate and can communicate with me via the app or text for where to park.
