I live in a cul de sac & my children love to play outside . Neighborhood is usually quiet occasionally neighbors will play music but that doesn’t bother us everyone really just minds their own business which we enjoy . It’s very safe we have never had any issues .

Located in a cozy friendly neighborhood culvasac wit, with plenty of backyard space and turnaround space. My property sits on about .33 of an acre with a 14ft rv gate. I have a Hose if you need water. And a pool to use at an extra charge. Pool/spa is not heated yet. Also have a play swing set and a section of grass for your furry friends and kids to enjoy the outside Weather of Arizona. Also take in the view of 9 total palms trees located on my property. I hope you enjoy your stay on our land, and if there’s anything we can do to make your trip a little bit better, feel free to reach out. This is a large backyard with alleyway access through double swing gates. Good solid ground for parking heavy vehicles. The gates are lockable for security with easy access to the street through a pedestrian gate alongside the home. Would be good to pull straight in and back it straight out, but a little trickier if you need to pull it around. Our location is nearby several popular restaurants, within a 2 minute walk. We are in a popular neighborhood in downtown Phoenix with easy access to everything downtown. The airport is a 10 minutes drive from this spot.

Firewood, electricity and water for usage available (but not for filling tanks).

Our space is located in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to the Superstition Wilderness and close to lots of amenities including restaurants, shopping, Home Depot etc.  We’re also a quick 25 minutes from Tempe! 
We have a 30amp socket you can use and we have a grassy park just a few steps up from our house for your pups.  We have two dogs of our own that we are open to let play with other dog friendly canines.  
We have an in-ground pool, laundry facilities, and office space available for a nominal fee.  
Our motto with interacting with guests is to simply see how it goes.  We’re available if you need us and are happy to give recommendations about things in the area.  We can also give you all the privacy you want as well.  
We have a shower available and you can have your packages delivered here if you like.
