I live in a cul de sac & my children love to play outside . Neighborhood is usually quiet occasionally neighbors will play music but that doesn’t bother us everyone really just minds their own business which we enjoy . It’s very safe we have never had any issues . 

I have 2 Vehicles so parking would be next to the RV gate on the right side .

This is a large backyard with alleyway access through double swing gates. Good solid ground for parking heavy vehicles. The gates are lockable for security with easy access to the street through a pedestrian gate alongside the home. Would be good to pull straight in and back it straight out, but a little trickier if you need to pull it around. Our location is nearby several popular restaurants, within a 2 minute walk. We are in a popular neighborhood in downtown Phoenix with easy access to everything downtown. The airport is a 10 minutes drive from this spot.

Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to park your RV, van, or camper in Surprise, AZ? Our driveway offers a simple, quiet place to stay with access to helpful amenities including water, Wi-Fi, electricity, and a bathroom with a toilet and sink. During the summer months, guests may also have access to the pool.

Our location is a great home base for exploring the area, visiting family, catching spring training, or just enjoying the Arizona weather and desert sunsets.

Standard check-in is anytime after 12:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. That said, I try to be flexible when possible. If there is not another guest booked before or after your stay, I’m happy to offer a full 24-hour stay from your arrival time. Just message me before or during your stay and I’ll confirm what’s available.
