Please put the address in maps app for better accuracy. I do not want to misrepresent the location. The house is vacant and we are currently in beginning process of renovating. No work is being done on the property at the moment. We live in the house behind Branch with access from South St. You may use the front yard for your pet and set up chairs to enjoy the view. The front yard is fenced but a large dog could jump the fence and a small dog could go right through it. Currently the front yard is not landscaped. See photos. We often walk through the driveway to downtown with our little 8lb dog from our home on South St. We promise to be quiet and respectful. Our favorite thing to do is walk to the video game bar and play pinball, ping pong and Donkey Kong. The clearance is 11’ because of the tree. The driveway is not level but fairly flat and very very long. There is a concrete section that is about a 2-3" dip that is not smooth - see photo. You will have access to water, electricity and wifi.

We are on several private acres at the end of a cul de sac. A beautiful stocked pond is available to fish and paddle boat as well as a fire pit for grilling and s'mores. We have several animal activities such as horseback riding and llama/alpaca encounters including hand feeding. We have a 150" outdoor screen which can be set up for the ultimate outdoor movie experience and various holiday events if you happen to camp during those times. (Haunted house and hayride Fri/Sat nights in October).

I'm offering you a safe place to park overnight.

This is at my business, so it's got a few restrictions... The building is closed overnight. As long as I'm not teaching a class, during business hours (9-9ish), you can come inside to refill water containers or to use the bathroom, but there isn't any facility to shower. You can access the Wi-Fi from outside. This is ideal for people who are pretty much self-contained within their vehicle and just want somewhere safe & quiet to park. Minimal overnight traffic & no pedestrians walking around.  It's a small town but you'll find just about anything you'd need within about 3.5 miles of here in any direction. (Walmart is 8 min drive, currently open until 11pm)

P. S.  This isn't a walking-around town; you'll need to drive your vehicle to get to pretty much anything.

This is a beautiful 1.3 acre plot of land in Williams, AZ - a quick 30 minute drive will have you at the entrance to the Grand Canyon national park! The perfect place for travelers to stay and enjoy gorgeous sunsets and open space with a bit of shade.
Most of the land will have some small shrubs or grass, but there are plenty of places to park without difficulty. Be sure to pull completely off of the main road.

The property has a 1900 bungalow off Joiner Street and has lots of charm, comfort and natural light. It is my full time residence and I love the neighborhood. There is an indoor bathroom and laundry room available. I recommend the outdoor shower! Scooter available to rent on request.

If you need an inexpensive place to park for the night on the way to Mt Baker or Mt Shuksan this is it! (Only excepting vans or smaller) no RVs or truck and trailers. 

I live in a gated community so it will require me to let you in for the night so please plan on staying in the community until you’re ready for departure or if you need re-entry I can let you if I’m available. To exit the community you just drive up to the gate and it opens for you.

This area has bad cell phone signal so you’ll most likely be losing signal about 10 minutes away but I have wifi that reaches the whole lot! 


The place is quiet and I do have some amenities upon requesting depending on the situation.

Peaceful Valley Hideaway! 

Welcome to our garden space!  It's about 1.5 acres of mostly flat space, with a couple of garden spots. Electricity is on site. The driveway can handle all vans and some larger vehicles... we've had a tiny house towed in and out that was 24' long (+the truck of course) and that was a bit tricky. Anything smaller than that should be easy!  There's an Ace Hardware 1/2 mile to the east with a deli... and a Dollar General 1/2 mile to the west.  We have a small dumpster, so if you need to dispose of normal trash, we have some capacity to accomodate.

Hello, my name is Joe and I live here at Christmas Tree Ridge. For the most current listings and cheapest prices look at my page on HipCamp for Instant Booking. This beautiful 5 acre canvas overlooks the Tahuya Valley to my south and is propped on the edge of a deep gullie to the East. Long ago this whole hillside farmed Christmas trees. Valley Lookout is a first year clearing up at the top of the plot with no power or water hookups. However, if you just want a power cord and your tanks filled for the night you would have to park down at the lower drive area near my utilities.

Pros:

-ORV trails all around.

-Borders state land, hunter's verify season.

-Just broke brush on a trail that connects to the Howell Lake Trail for hiking, biking, motor bike, or horseback year round. Very narrow trail, just cut this year.

-Wood for burning, not all sites have a fire ring. Ask, I can arrange things.

-Trash and Recycling on site.

-Swimming hole at Howell lake is 1 mile via that trail, less then 10min by car.

-Great views of Moon.

Cons:

-1 mile long dirt road can get bumpy at times.

-While a very private place, your going to hear some noise still, locals target shooting now and then, The ocassional loud car, and single engine planes buzzing around.

-Gully creates steep(over 45 degrees) drop near edge of camp sites. Please keep a safe distance. Be aware when walking around at night.

If your comfortable on low power electric dirt bikes, you can rent my 2021 Surron for one charge.
