I have a 1/2 acre lot next to my house (ring cameras around my house). I don’t use the lot currently, so I am looking to rent the space for people who want to store their vehicles. It is located in a culdasac. There are only a handful of homes here, and it’s tucked away. I am located near Buckland (movie theater / Home Depot / Lowes / BJ’s wholesale club). 

Each vehicle will be about fixed each month (more or less depending on your commitment to staying there and vehicle). Let me know if you’re interested or have any questions! :)

Culdasac (1/2) space for any/all vehicles 

Rent: 
$1,000 per month for about 900 square feet of the garage  (first floor)
$2,500 per month for the 2,400 square feet of garage 
$750 per month to stay behind the garage access to water and electricity in the garage. 

1 parking space for vehicles outside (free) 24/7
Additional outdoor parking spaces: $60 per car outside (on half an acre)

Quiet neighborhood located less than 2 miles from the interstate. Gas station, fast food and grocery stores are all located within 5 miles. My driveway can hold 3 cars and you will park in the back behind the gate. I will connect an extension cord from the detached garage and the back yard is free to use to stretch out as long as you do not mind interaction from us. We have a gas grill that is free to use. Of course any questions please feel free to ask. 

Quiet backyard driveway with electricity and water

Conveniently located less than 2 miles from the interstate with fast food, gas and grocery stores within 5 miles. My driveway has room for your car or van parked in the back yard of the driveway next to the detached garage. It is a little tight due to the sideroom off the driveway, but you'll fit. Electricity provided via an extension cord from the detached garage and water available from the hose. Enjoy the seats in the back yard. Must check-out by 10 a.m. the latest. Do not mind my coming outside once in a while for a smoke!

Cozy Westfield Spot🚐💧🔌- RV/Van Perks!

Plenty of open space for a variety of vehicles or RV's. Big driveway entrance. There's also a lot of great coffee, breakfast and all sorts of food options within walking distance. Literally only a few steps away is an amazing Thai food Location named Pho & Spice. We're also directly in front of a bus stop that leads throughout the city as well as airports less than an hour away by car or rideshare service. Someone is always home so security will never be an issue. There are cameras on location. If you wish to have packages Delivered here, that can be arranged as well. Overall a great location for vehicle/ RV storage and more.
