You will be parking at a raised ranch home just 4 houses down from the coveted Indian Ave. Indian Avenue in Portsmouth, RI is a coveted waterfront drive offering stunning views of the Sakonnet and access to historic Newport. It's known for its beautiful, upscale homes and proximity to beaches, vineyards, and the town of Newport. Condé Nast Traveler has recognized Newport as a desirable travel destination, and Indian Avenue is a prime location within that area. My home has video surveillance to help you feel safe while on my property. I have an RV plug setup right outside my two car garage for you to plug into.

Enjoy an area that looks out onto 13 acres of pasture with a pond and stream.  The spot is close to Sandy Point Beach and Greenvale Vineyards and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport.  It is a short walk to the Polo fields, horse stables, the Glen Manor House and the Greenway Trail. Please feel free to ask me any questions about the area.

We have free ranging ducks and Guinea Hens on the property.  While we love dogs, earlier this year a neighborhood dog got out and killed 4 of our ducks.  Dogs will have to be on a leash as a default until the owner can prove the dog has good recall and/or low prey drive.

We also have a J1772 plug available for car charging a small RVs.

Hi! I have a large driveway for plenty of space to fit any kind of vehicle. It’s close to highway access and right near convenient stores like a super Walmart. Also nearby sand dunes and trails for activities. I have plenty of grass space for other activities. I have a fenced in section of yard if you have animals. Trash and recycling can be used. And offer laundry services, we can just coordinate the times to do so.
